Brisbane Cruise Port is one of Australia’s newest and most advanced cruise facilities, serving as a major gateway for cruises throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. The Brisbane International Cruise Terminal (BICT), which opened in 2020, was specifically designed to accommodate the world’s largest cruise ships, including Royal Caribbean’s Quantum-class vessels.

Located at Pinkenba along the Brisbane River near its entrance to Moreton Bay, the cruise terminal provides modern passenger facilities, efficient boarding processes, and excellent transport connections.

Brisbane is both a turnaround port and transit port, with cruise itineraries to destinations including:

  • South Pacific islands (Noumea, Lifou, Port Vila)


  • New Zealand

  • Great Barrier Reef

  • Tasmania

  • Asia repositioning cruises
